Ingredients for Baked Tenderloin Recipe
  • 500 grams of tenderloin

For Marination:

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme

How to Make Baked Tenderloin Recipe?

  • Mix soy sauce, milk, olive oil and salt in a bowl.
  • Add the thyme and mix.
  • Place the meat on a large plate.
  • Add the sauce on top and mix. If you have time, leave it in the refrigerator for 1 night, otherwise 30 minutes.
  • Add oil, preferably to a grill-cast iron pan, and wait for the oil to get hot. After it gets hot, leave the meat in the pan.
  • Never turn one side to the other without taking a mark. Cook this way for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Thanks to this sealing process, it will keep the broth inside.
  • Place the sealed meat in the baking dish.
  • Cover it with baking paper or baking paper and bake at 160 degrees for about 1.5 hours.
  • You can serve your cooked meat with carbohydrates such as rice, mashed potatoes or pasta. Enjoy your meal!
