  • 6 shallots _
  • 4 green peppers
  • 2 tomatoes _
  • 1 tomato (for grating )
  • 1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for marination)
  • 2 cloves of garlic

How to Make Baked Turkish Delight with Sauce Recipe?

  • Set the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Marinate the meat with olive oil and crushed garlic for 1-2 hours in advance.
  • Season the marinated meat with salt and pepper.
  • Heat your pan.
  • Add olive oil to your well-heated pan and place the meat into the pan after 15-20 seconds.
  • Cook both sides for about 2 minutes and remove from the pan.
