  • 400 grams of ground beef
  • 1 onion _
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg _
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1 carrot _
  • 3 tomatoes _
  • 1 potato _
  • 2 leaves of basil
  • 1 tablespoon margarine

How to Make Baked Vegetable Meatballs Recipe?

  • Blend the onion and garlic. Strain the water thoroughly.
  • Put the minced meat in a bowl. Combine with onion and garlic. Add breadcrumbs, eggs, black pepper, salt and other spices and knead until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  • Set the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Roll the kneaded meatballs in your palm.
  • Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Add the margarine to the heated pan (if you use a cast iron pan for this part, you can also throw it directly into the oven).
  • Chop the carrots and potatoes to the same size.
  • Sauté carrots and potatoes in melted oil.
  • Grate the tomato and combine it with the sautéed carrots and potatoes.
  • Combine the meatballs you cooked in the oven with your tomato and vegetable sauce and bake in the oven for another 15 minutes. Add basil leaves to the food you take out of the oven and enjoy!
