You don't have to go to a kebab restaurant to have a good kebab. You can do justice to Gaziantep's famous eggplant (balcan) kebab with this recipe. So, let the barbecues be lit and the skewers ready!
- 4 sliced eggplants
- 500 grams of lamb/beef mixed minced meat
- 100 grams of tail fat

How to Make Barbecued Eggplant Kebab Recipe?
- Slice the eggplants into rounds without peeling them.
- Leave the eggplants you put in salt water for a while to remove the bitter water.
