Ingredients for Ravioli-Tasting Barley Noodle Recipe
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups barley noodles
  • 2.5 cups hot water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For the minced meat sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion _
  • 150 grams of minced meat
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper

For the yoghurt sauce:

  • 1 bowl of yoghurt
  • 2 cloves grated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

How to Make Barley Noodle Recipe with the Taste of Ravioli?

  • Fry the barley noodles in the butter and olive oil in a pot for about 5 minutes until they change color.
  • When they take color, add hot water and salt to them, lower the heat of the pot, close the lid and cook for about 10 minutes until the rice absorbs its water.
  • While the rice is brewing, chop the onion and add the minced meat. When the minced meat changes color, add the tomato paste and spices. If the consistency is too thick, you can also add some water.
