The beef cheek, marinated with sea salt, freshly ground black pepper and olive oil and sealed at high heat, is cooked in the oven for long hours in the aromatic water prepared afterwards. Share it with your loved ones with celery puree prepared with butter, cream and grated cheddar cheese.

Ingredients for Beef Cheek Recipe
  • 1 veal cheek
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 leek _
  • 1 medium size carrot
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 100 grams of tomato paste
  • 100 ml. red wine
  • 3 liters of broth

For the celery puree:

  • 1 medium sized celery
  • 40 grams of cream
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 20 grams of cheddar cheese

How to Make Beef Cheek Recipe?

  • Marinate the veal cheek with sea salt, finely ground black pepper and olive oil. Then seal on high heat.
  • Sauté the carrots, onion, celery and leek that you chopped into random pieces in a separate pan. Add tomato paste and mix.
  • When the smell of the tomato paste comes out, add the red wine and let it brew. Add the hot broth. Put the cooking mixture you prepared on a large tray and place the beef cheek. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 3-4 hours.
  • Boil the peeled celery over medium heat until it softens. Add cream, butter and grated cheddar cheese to the mashed celery and share it with your loved ones without waiting.
