The beef rib recipe, prepared by baking in deep oil, as opposed to deep-fat frying, is one of the most preferred main course options in Mixo cuisine.
You can share other Mixo Restaurant recipes, the tips of which we learned in the Yemek.com special restaurant shoot, with your guests at home, especially beef ribs, which is a different cooking method and does not include marination mixture.
- 2 kilograms of beef ribs
- 400 grams of pumpkin
- 400 grams of eggplant
- 400 grams of baby potatoes
- 2 medium sized onions
- 25 grams of fresh thyme
- 25 grams of fresh rosemary
- 20 grams of salt
- 5 grams of black pepper
- 4 liters of olive oil
How to Make Beef Ribs Recipe?
- Pour all the olive oil into a deep baking tray. Add fresh thyme and fresh rosemary.
- After placing the ribs on the baking tray, cover them with foil.
- Bake the beef ribs in a preheated oven at 120 degrees for about 8 hours.
- Boil the baby potatoes you will serve for about 15 minutes without peeling them.
- Cut the peeled zucchini and eggplants into long thin shapes. Cook on the grill for a short time until it acquires a light color. Drain the water from the boiled potatoes.
- When the ribs' cooking time is up, remove them from the oil and place them on a thin baking tray.
- Place the onions that you cut into zucchini, eggplant, potato and apple slices without peeling them, around the ribs.
- Bake the beef ribs, mixed with salt and black pepper, in a preheated 180 degree oven with vegetables for 12 minutes until golden brown, then share it with your loved ones without waiting.
