- 1.5 teaspoons of turmeric
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- Cut the tenderloin into long thin slices. Place them on wooden skewers, turning them from the inside and outside to form an S shape.
- Pinch the tenderloin slices without pressing too much. Thread all the tenderloin strips you cut onto wooden skewers in this way.
- For the marination mixture; Mix soy sauce, sunflower oil and powdered ginger.
- Let the meat you mixed with the mixture rest in a closed container in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to make it even more delicious.
- Cook the meat, which has absorbed the marinade mixture, on a heated barbecue for about 10 minutes, turning it upside down in between.
- To prepare the spicy peanut sauce; Cut the medium-sized onion into small pieces. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan. Sauté the onions until they take color.
- Respectively; Add brown sugar, soy sauce, powdered ginger, turmeric, hot sauce, roasted peanuts, black pepper, salt and mix.
- After blending all the ingredients with the sautéed onions, cook the sauce for 2-3 minutes.
- After warming the cooked sauce you have prepared, make it smooth with the help of a blender.
- Serve the sauce, which has reached the consistency of boza, with the tenderloin skewers without waiting. Share with your loved ones.
