It has become a tradition to serve this dish to guests, but the serving time becomes longer when there are guests at home. Because according to tradition, it is necessary to host guests for a long time.

Ingredients for Beşparmak Recipe
  • 1 kilogram of lamb meat with bones
  • 3 potatoes (peeled, chopped medium size )
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 2 onions (chopped )
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (optional)

For dough

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 egg _
  • 1 glass of water (as much water as needed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How to Make Besparmak Recipe?

  • Place the meat in a pot or pressure cooker and add enough water to fill the entire pot with water.
  • After 1.5 hours, when the water boils and the meat is almost cooked, add the potatoes and cook until the potatoes become soft.
  • After the meat and potatoes are cooked, remove them from the pot with the help of a colander, add the onions to boiling water and cook for 5 minutes until they soften.
  • After draining the onions and removing them from the pot, throw the dough pieces into the same water and cook for 5 minutes. If the amount of water is reduced, you can add some more water and throw the dough after it boils.
  • Place the cooked dough at the bottom of the plate on which you will serve it.
  • You can serve it by placing meat and potatoes on top, onions on top, and adding black pepper if you wish.
