Ingredients for Beyti Kebab Recipe
  • 2 pieces of dough

For the Meatballs:

  • 400 grams of minced meat
  • 1 onion _
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 egg _
  • 1/2 tea glass of bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper

For the Sauce:

  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 cup grated tomato
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

To spread on dough:

  • 3 tablespoons of butter

How to Make Beyti Kebab Recipe?

  • Blend the onion, egg and garlic.
  • Add the minced meat, breadcrumbs, black pepper, chili peppers, salt and the blended mixture into the kneading bowl.
  • Knead the mixture thoroughly.
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper and shape the meatballs into long and flat shapes and place them on the tray. Make sure the meatballs are not thick. Bake the meatballs in a preheated oven at 190 degrees until they are golden brown.
  • When the meatballs are cooked, spread half the dough on the counter and spread melted butter on it.
  • Arrange the cooked meatballs on the dough, leaving no gaps. Then roll it into a roll.
  • Slice the roll obliquely.
  • Spread butter on the dough and put it back in the oven.
  • Meanwhile, start preparing the beytinin sauce. Melt the butter in a pan, add the grated tomatoes and boil for a few minutes. After adding black pepper and salt, remove it from the stove.
  • Take the fried beyti out of the oven, pour the sauce over them and serve with yoghurt. Beyti kebab is ready. Enjoy your meal!
