  • 1 tea glass of vinegar
  • 3 liters of water

How to Make Bone Broth Recipe?

  • Have your butcher break your veal bones to fit into your pressure cooker and ask for the bones to have plenty of marrow.
  • Fill a large bowl with water to cover your bones, add a tea glass of vinegar to the waiting water and let them stay in the water for about 1 hour.
  • Strain the bones and put them in a pressure cooker or large pot and start boiling. Pay particular attention to its width, there will be slight foaming. As it foams, clean it with the help of a colander.
  • When the water starts to boil, you should turn it to the lowest heat and boil it for at least 8 hours. If you wish, you can boil it for up to 10-12 hours.
  • At the end of the period, your bone broth will thicken and take on a gel consistency. You can pour the water you took from the stove into cardboard cups or other containers and freeze it in your freezer after it cools down to room temperature.
  • Or you can use it immediately in your meals, soups and pilafs. Enjoy your meal.
