Ingredients for Bulgur Juicy Meatballs Recipe

For Bulgur Meatballs:

  • 250 grams of minced meat
  • 1 onion (grated )
  • 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
  • 1/2 tea glass of fine bulgur
  • 1/4 bunch parsley (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tea glass of flour (to coat the meatballs)
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 potatoes (coarsely diced )
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 teaspoons of salt

For Peppermint Oil:

  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of mint

How to Make Bulgur Juicy Meatballs Recipe?

  • Place the minced meat in a deep bowl and grate the onion and garlic on top.
  • Then add bulgur, finely chopped parsley and spices and knead well.
  • Make walnut-sized meatballs from the meatball mixture you prepared and place them on a tray sprinkled with flour.
  • Gently shake the tray from both sides to ensure that all the meatballs are coated in flour.
  • Take olive oil in a deep pot and add potatoes and tomato paste when the oil becomes hot.
  • Roast until the smell of tomato paste disappears and then add boiling water. Add some salt and wait until it boils again. Cook until the potatoes are soft. Then add the meatballs and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Add mint oil and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
