Ingredients for Cauliflower with Cubed Meat Recipe
  • 10 small eggplants (peeled in pajamas)
  • 450 grams of cubed meat (lamb or medium-fat beef)
  • 3 onions (chopped )
  • 5 peppers _
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tomatoes (grated )
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (can be reduced or increased)
  • 1 tea glass of black pepper
  • 4 cups of oil (use 2 tablespoons to cook the mixture)

To decorate:

  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 10 peppers _
  • 4 tomatoes _

How to Make Cauliflower Recipe with Diced Meat?

  • Soak the peeled eggplants in pajamas in lemon and salt water.
  • Dry the bitter eggplants thoroughly and fry them in hot oil.
  • To prepare the mixture, heat a large pan.
  • After softening the onion and pepper with oil, add the meat and cook until the meat absorbs its water.
  • After adding the garlic, tomato grate, tomato paste, salt and pepper, cook for another 5 minutes and remove from the stove.
  • Place the eggplants on a baking tray or in a baking tray and make a slit in the middle with the help of a knife.
  • Place the meat mixture into the eggplants.
  • After placing pepper and tomato slices on them, bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes, in a controlled manner, until they are golden brown.
