- 150 grams of beef tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 large potato
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion _
- 2 slices of stale bread
To fry:
- 1 glass of sunflower oil
For service:
- 1 cup of yoghurt
How to Make Çentik Kebab Recipe?
- After placing the beef tenderloin slice in a refrigerator bag or covering it with stretch film, pound it with the help of a meat mallet to make it thin.
- Chop the onion and garlic into small cubes.
- Cut stale bread slices into cubes. After mixing with salt and pepper, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Peel the large sized potato and cut it into matchstick thin pieces. After heating the sunflower oil in a deep pot, fry the potatoes.
- Transfer the colored potatoes to a serving plate lined with paper towels using a colander and allow them to drain off excess oil.
- Thin the beef tenderloin; Fry on high heat, in a pan or on the grill, for about 4 minutes.
- Heat the sunflower oil in a separate pan. Fry the onion and garlic until they take color. Add tomato paste and mix.
- Open the sauce you prepared by adding hot water. Boil for 3-4 minutes and let it thicken.
- Spread the stale bread cubes you toasted in the oven on the bottom of the serving plate. Place the roasted potatoes on the bread.
- Pour the tomato sauce you prepared over them. After whisking the yoghurt you will use to serve, add it to the plate.
- After cutting the cooked tenderloin into thin strips, place it on a plate and serve without waiting. Share with your loved ones.
