For crushing:

  • 500 grams ribeye
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 5-6 potatoes _
  • 1 bowl of strained yoghurt

For tomato sauce

  • 2 tomatoes _
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 tea glass of water

How to Make Çökertme Kebab Recipe?

  • We cut our meat into thin julienne. We put all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix them with the meat.
  • We keep it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • We put our marinated meat in a wide and deep Teflon tray, add 1 tea glass of hot water and cook it quickly over high heat.
  • We adjust the salt when our meat is almost cooked.
  • We chop the potatoes, fry them in deep oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  • For the tomato sauce, heat the butter in a pot. After roasting the tomato paste, we add the grated tomatoes.
  • After adjusting the salt and sugar ratio, we cook it for a while.
