Ingredients for Çökertme Kebab with Mushroom Sauce Recipe
  • 160 grams of meatballs
  • 125 grams of matcha potatoes
  • 120 grams of yoghurt
  • 110 grams tomato mushroom sauce

For service:

  • 1 slice of tomato
  • 1 slice of green pepper

How to Make Çökertme Kebab Recipe with Mushroom Sauce?

  • Grind the beef leg and beef breast meat you will use in the machine once, in direct proportion to the number of portions, and turn them into minced meat.
  • Add grated onion, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, baking soda, egg, sunflower oil and chopped parsley in the food processor and knead the minced meat.

  • Place the fried potatoes on a serving plate with a hollow center. Place the fried meatballs on the plate so that they cover the potatoes.
  • Add thinly sliced mushrooms and the tomato sauce you prepared. Serve hot after decorating with grilled tomatoes and green pepper slices. Share with your loved ones.
