First, we prepare a delicious meatball mixture with perfect taste, then we turn boiled potatoes into puree accompanied by delicious peas and fresh mint. Instead of making regular meatballs with meatball mixture, we shape them into cones and fry them well in a pan. All that's left is the presentation! We fill the meatball cones we prepared with our pea puree and present them to our loved ones with a wonderful presentation. That's it!

Ingredients for Meatball Cone Recipe

For the Meatballs:

  • 600 grams of ground beef
  • 1 grated onion
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tea glass of bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 coffee cup of water

For the Porridge:

  • 2 potatoes (boiled )
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tea glass of grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup peas (boiled or canned)
  • 1/2 bunch of fresh mint (chopped)

How to Make Cone Meatball Recipe?

  • To prepare the meatballs, add minced meat, grated onion, oil, breadcrumbs, chili pepper, thyme and water in a large mixing bowl and knead well.
  • Let the meatball mixture you prepared rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Take tangerine-sized pieces from the rested meatball mixture and shape them around the cornea mold, ensuring equal thickness on all sides.
  • Cook evenly on all sides in a preheated oiled pan.
  • Remove the meatballs from the pan and remove them from the mold.
  • In a separate bowl, add milk, butter, salt and grated cheddar cheese to the boiled potatoes and mash until it reaches the consistency of puree.
  • After adding the peas and chopped fresh mint, mix again and transfer the puree to a squeeze bag.
  • Fill the cooked meatballs out of the cone with the puree you have prepared.
  • Place them on a plate, sprinkle chopped parsley or fresh mint on them and serve.
