  • 1 kilogram of ground beef
  • 2 onions (grated )
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs _
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of chili pepper
  • 1 carrot (boiled )
  • 1 cup peas (chopped)
  • 5 eggs (boiled, for filling in the meatballs )
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup water

How to Make Dalyan Meatball Recipe?

  • Add minced meat, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, oil, salt, black pepper and chili pepper to a kneading bowl and mix.
  • Place the well-kneaded minced meat on baking paper.
  • Roll the minced meat into a roll and make a hole in the middle.
  • First, place half of the peas and boiled carrots cut into long strips into the hole you made.
  • After placing the boiled, cooled eggs vertically in the middle, fill the gaps with the remaining peas.
