  • Boil the eggs until hardened.
  • Boil peas and carrots for 10 minutes.
  • Put the onion, egg, breadcrumbs, oil, salt, black pepper and chili pepper in a food processor.
  • In a large kneading bowl, knead the minced meat well with the onion mixture.
  • Place the well-kneaded minced meat on baking paper.
  • Roll the minced meat into a roll and make a hole in the middle.
  • Place the carrots, peas and eggs in the hole you made.
