For Dried Meatballs:

  • 500 grams of fatty ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadsticks (or stale bread crumbs)
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 clove grated garlic
  • 1 large size onion
  • 1 egg _
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For Frying:

  • 3/4 cup oil

How to Make Dried Meatballs Recipe?

  • Peel the onion skins and chop the onion into thin, tiny cubes.
  • Add breadcrumbs, onion, grated garlic, minced meat, olive oil, egg, salt and spices into a deep bowl.
  • Knead well for about 8-10 minutes until all the ingredients mix together. Stretch it and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Take walnut-sized pieces from the kneaded meatballs and roll them into longitudinal shapes.
  • Pour oil into the pan and heat it. Fry your meatballs, both front and back, resting in hot oil.
  • Place it on a plate wrapped in paper towels and drain excess oil.
