  • 4 eggplants _
  • 2 village peppers
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 300 grams of medium-fat ground meat
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 100 grams grated cheddar cheese

How to Make Eggplant Sauteed Recipe?

  • First, cut the eggplants into rings and soak them in salt water. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake until they soften.
  • For minced meat; Put your oil in the pan and fry the diced onion and pepper.
  • Then add minced meat.
  • Add the tomato paste and continue frying.
  • Add spices and half a glass of water and reduce the heat.
  • Arrange the cooked eggplants in your baking dish, and place the minced meat mixture on top of the eggplants.
  • Finally, add grated cheddar cheese and put it in the oven.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
