For the meatballs:
- 550 grams of minced meat
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Juice of 1 medium sized onion
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1.5 teaspoons of pepper paste
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon meatball spring
- 2 cloves grated garlic
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs (stale bread crumbs if desired)
For the inside:
- 6-7 small eggs
- 100 grams grated cheddar cheese
How to Make Eggs in Meatballs Dish Recipe?
- Transfer all meatball ingredients into a bowl and knead well.
- Wrap the kneaded meatballs with stretch film and let them rest in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- Take palm-sized pieces from the minced meat mixture you prepared and shape them into a bowl with your hands, leaving a hollow in the middle.
- Oil the baking tray well, add 3/4 tea glass of water into it and transfer the meatball bowls into it. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
