Ingredients for Einkorn Flour Meatballs Recipe

For the meatballs:

  • 250 grams of ground beef
  • 1 egg _
  • 1 onion (grated )
  • 1.5 tablespoons of einkorn flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 2 dried peppers

For yogurt:

  • 2 cloves of black garlic
  • 1 glass of yoghurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

To decorate:

  • 1 handful of tarhana chips

How to Make Einkorn Flour Meatballs Recipe?

  • To prepare the meatballs, mix the minced meat, grated onion, egg, einkorn flour, salt, black pepper and cumin in a bowl and knead well.
  • After resting for 15 minutes, roll the meatball mixture into small round balls.
  • Fry in a pan with oil added.
  • Add butter, red pepper powder and dried peppers to the fried meatballs and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Finely chop the black garlic.
  • Put the yoghurt in a bowl, add black garlic and salt.
