I prepared fajita, one of my favorite flavors, with ingredients that go well with it. It was very delicious.

It's wonderful how it creates integrity while eating it with its tender meat and sauces... By adding a few more products to the ingredients you already have at home, its taste has increased. Even though it seems long, it is a recipe that will become one of your favorites.

 
Ingredients for Fajita Recipe

For fajitas:

  • 500 grams of beef tenderloin
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 California pepper ( green)
  • 2 onions (white or purple does not matter )
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For marinade:

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves grated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder

Avocado sauce:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 clove grated garlic
  • 1/3 purple onion
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1-2 sprigs of parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

For salsa sauce:

  • 2 tomatoes _
  • 1/3 purple onion
  • 1-2 sprigs of parsley (chopped)
  • 1-2 jalapeno peppers ( chili pepper finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For sour cream sauce:

  • 1 glass of strained yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt

For the lavash:

  • 1 glass of warm water
  • 2 tablespoons of yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 cups flour (approximately)

How to Make Fajita Recipe?

  • The tenderloin is cut into finger-thick julienne. Marinade ingredients are added and mixed. It is stretched and placed in the refrigerator to rest for 2-3 hours.
  • Ingredients for lavash are mixed and kneaded. A soft dough that does not stick to the hand is obtained.
  • The lid is closed and left to ferment. When the dough doubles in size, small balls are taken from the eggs and rolled.
  • Let it rest for 10-15 minutes. Each one is rolled out to the size of a small cake plate and cooked on both sides. Do not overcook or dry it.
  • Remove the avocado from its peel using a spoon. It is crushed with a fork.
  • Add red onion chopped into small cubes, lemon juice, parsley, garlic and salt and mix. Avocado sauce is ready.
  • For the salsa sauce, peel the tomatoes. The inner parts with seeds are removed and chopped into small cubes.
  • Add parsley, lemon juice, garlic, pickled hot pepper, salt and purple onion chopped into small cubes. It will be much more delicious after 15-20 minutes when the aromas wear off.
  • For sour cream sauce, mix strained yoghurt, mayonnaise, salt and lemon juice. It is left to rest in the refrigerator.
  • The pan in which the meat will be cooked is heated. Meat is transferred to the hot pan. It is cooked first on high heat and then on low heat until it softens.
  • Finally, a teaspoon of butter is added. When the meat is cooked, place it on a plate. Add oil to the same pan.
  • Colored peppers and onions are cut into julienne shapes. First, the peppers are sautéed with a little salt. When it softens, add the onions.
  • Soy sauce is also added and allowed to cook. It is ensured that it does not soften and disperse. Then the meat is added and sautéed together for 2-3 minutes.
  • It is served with lavash and sauces. Enjoy your meal.
