- 250 grams of cubed veal
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 onion _
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 green peppers
- 2 potatoes _
- 2 eggplants _
- 1 cup boiled peas
- 1 tomato _
- 4 glasses of water
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
How to Make Farm Kebab Recipe?
- Add olive oil to the pressure cooker, add the meat and fry for a minute or two. When the meat releases its water, add finely chopped onion and finely chopped garlic and fry for about 2 minutes.
- Add water and let it boil. When it starts to boil, close the pressure cooker lid and leave it to cook for about 15 minutes.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Peel the eggplants in various parts and cut them into cubes. After finely chopping the peppers, fry all the chopped vegetables in plenty of oil and set aside.
- Chop the tomato into cubes and add it to the fried vegetables and mix.
- Add the peas on top and mix well.
- Pour the vegetables you prepared and the meat cooked in the pressure cooker, along with their water, onto a heat-resistant baking tray.
- Add salt and pepper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
