Ingredients for Finger Kebab Recipe

For Kebab:

  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 500 grams entrecôte (julienned)
  • 1 onion (chopped )
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1.5 glasses of water

For Vegetables:

  • 3 eggplants (chopped, fried )
  • 3 green peppers ( chopped into fingers)
  • 2 capia peppers ( chopped into fingers)
  • 6 cherry tomatoes

How to Make Finger Kebab Recipe?

  • Heat the oil in a pan. Add chopped julienne meats and fry.
  • After the meat gets a good color, add the chopped onion and mix.
  • After the onions are roasted, add the tomato paste and spices and mix well.
  • Add water and cook until the meat is tender.
  • Arrange the chopped and fried eggplants in a baking tray. Leave the middle empty.
  • Arrange the chopped peppers on the eggplants, spaced apart. Then fill the empty space with meat.
  • Add the cherry tomatoes last and bake in the oven preheated to 185 degrees for about 15 minutes. Serve hot, enjoy!
