  • 10 pieces of meatballs prepared with low-fat minced meat
  • 8 tablespoons canned eggplant
  • 2 tomatoes _
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons strained yoghurt
  • 5 tablespoons of yoghurt
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 pinch of parsley (optional)

  • Start cooking the meatballs in an oil-free pan.
