Ingredients for Frenk Kebab Recipe
  • 700 grams of ground beef
  • 1 grated onion ( grated)
  • 2 capia peppers ( chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 13 medium sized tomatoes

To Cook:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 glasses of water

How to Make Frank Kebab Recipe?

  • Add minced meat, onion, capia pepper, tomato paste, pepper paste, salt, chili pepper and black pepper to a large mixing bowl and knead until all the ingredients are mixed together.
  • Make 4 cuts on the washed tomatoes, stem side down, without slicing each one completely.
  • Take pieces of the minced meat mixture you prepared and fill them into the cut parts of the tomatoes.
  • Place the stuffed tomatoes on the tray, spaced apart.
  • Pour the oil and water mixture over the tomatoes and bake in a controlled oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
