The popularity of offal recipes is increasing in our country. When offal is mentioned, liver recipes come to our mind. It is very practical to make. We have come up with a wonderful fried liver recipe that will delight our palates with its delicious taste. You can consume it both hot and cold.

- 500 grams of beef liver (de-membraned and cleaned)
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 red onions ( sliced)
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
For Frying:
- 5 cups sunflower oil
How to Make Fried Liver Recipe?
- Chop your lungs, the membranes of which have been removed and the blood has been cleaned, into cubes. Put the pieces you cut into a strainer and wait for any excess blood to drain.
- Add wheat flour and corn flour into a deep bowl. Season to taste with salt. Blend your lungs. Don't forget to shake off excess flour before frying.
- Heat your oil. Fry your livers, both front and back, for about 2 minutes. Drain excess oil with the help of a colander.
- Place the chopped onions in a bowl and add the chopped parsley. Then flavor it with lemon juice, olive oil, sumac and salt according to your desire. You can serve it with sumac onion salad, fried potatoes or rice pilaf. Enjoy your meal!
