  • 200 grams of ground beef
  • 1 onion (chopped )
  • 1.5 cups of green lentils (boiled)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/2 tea glass of oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic (for yoghurt)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup yoghurt (whipped)
  • 4 tablespoons butter (melted, for topping)
  • 3 pita bread ( baked )

How to Make Galacoş Recipe?

  • Cut the pitas into cubes, drizzle them with oil and bake them in the oven at 170 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  • Boil green lentils.
  • Fry the oil and onion well in a large pot and add the minced meat.
  • After the minced meat has absorbed its water, add the tomato paste and spices.
  • Finally, after adding the boiled lentils to the minced meat, turn them over on the stove once or twice and remove them from the stove.
  • Place the pitas on the serving plate you will serve.
  • Spread half of the whipped yoghurt on the pitas and then add the lentil mixture.
  • Finally, after sprinkling the remaining yoghurt, drizzle the melted butter over the food and enjoy it with your loved ones.
