  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon (heaping) flour
  • 800 milliliters of water

How to Make Goulash Recipe?

  • Heat the butter and oil in a large pot.
  • After frying the chopped onion and garlic in oil for 2-3 minutes, add all the spices and mix.
  • Then add the meat and fry until the meat absorbs its water.
  • Add the tomato paste, stir until the smell disappears, and then add the water.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the flour and 1 scoop of water from your meal until smooth and add it slowly to the pot.
