Ingredients for Grilled Lamb Chops Recipe
  • 4 pencil cutlets
  • 3 medium sized capsicum peppers
  • 5 grams of pomegranate syrup
  • 70 grams of strained yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon powdered cumin
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 4 sprigs of parsley

How to Make Grilled Lamb Chops Recipe?

  • Pencil cutlets; Marinate with salt, freshly ground black pepper, two tablespoons of olive oil and dried thyme.
  • Roast the capia peppers, peel them and chop them. Season with pomegranate syrup and two tablespoons of olive oil. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  • Mix the strained yoghurt with the remaining two tablespoons of olive oil and cumin powder.
  • After making the basic preparations, cook the marinated chops on the grill or in a pan. Adjust the cooking temperature according to your preference and let the meat rest for 3-4 minutes after cooking.
  • Place the yoghurt at the bottom of the serving plate, and place the lamb chops that you have rested after cooking on top. Finally, add the sour roasted pepper.
  • Sprinkle finely chopped parsley over the cutlets and serve immediately.
