Ingredients for Harem Casserole Recipe

For the meat mixture:

  • 500 grams coarsely chopped beef
  • 1/3 tea glass of oil
  • 1 onion (chopped )
  • 3 village peppers ( chopped)
  • 3 cloves of garlic (coarsely chopped)
  • 3 tomatoes (peeled and chopped )
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper

For the barley noodle mixture:

  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup barley noodles
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt

For the casserole:

  • 1 glass of béchamel sauce
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

How to Make Harem Casserole Recipe?

  • Start sealing the beef in the heated pan. After releasing and absorbing its own water, add oil and mix.
  • Then add chopped onion, pepper, garlic and tomatoes and mix thoroughly. Finally, add the spices and cook the meat mixture for a few more minutes, then remove it from the stove.
  • To prepare barley noodles, melt the butter and oil in a rice pot. Add barley noodles and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add water and salt and let it cook on low heat with the lid closed until the water evaporates.
