  • 500 grams of minced meat

  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper paste
  • 1 sugar cube

How to Make Hasanpaşa Meatball Recipe?

  • Let's grate the onion for the meatballs, add all the ingredients to a bowl and knead them well.
  • Let's shape it into a bowl, place it on a tray, and let it rest in the refrigerator for a day.
  • Let's boil the potatoes until they become soft, then add butter, milk, some grated cheddar and spices and mash them with a mixer.
  • Let's pre-cook the rested meatballs in a preheated 180 degree oven so that they are lightly cooked.
  • Meanwhile, for the sauce, fry the diced peppers in olive oil, add the tomato paste and fry for a while, then add the tomatoes, spices and sugar.
  • Pour the prepared sauce over the meatballs. Put the puree in a piping bag and fill the meatballs.
