  • 400 grams of ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 small packet of baking soda
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 2 tablespoons of yoghurt

How to Make Homemade Beef Sausage Recipe?

  • Mix all the ingredients with a blender until they become homogeneous.
  • Let our stuffing rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and divide it into 6 equal parts.
  • Put one of the cut pieces on the pre-cut wax paper and wrap it in the shape of a sausage. (It will be easier if you bend the edges like a candy wrapper.)
  • Boil the sausages wrapped in baking paper in hot water for 6 minutes on the lowest heat.
