- 500 grams of medium-fat ground meat
- 1 onion _
- 2 tablespoons of yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons semolina
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1-2 cloves of garlic (optional, I did not use)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
How to Make Homemade Doner Recipe?
- Grate the onion, put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and knead well.
- Place the mixture in a stretch film on the counter and wrap it tightly in the shape of a salami. Leave it in the deep freezer like this for 1 night.
- After removing it from the freezer, slice it into thin slices with a sharp knife while it is still frozen. Cook in an oil-free teflon pan. Enjoy your meal.
