How to Make Honey Tenderloin Recipe?
- For nutmeg mashed potatoes; Boil the peeled potatoes, which you washed in plenty of water, in boiling water. Drain excess water and peel the potatoes and mash them hot.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Put boiled and mashed potatoes into the pot. Season to taste with salt, black pepper and grated nutmeg. Add a small amount of cream and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes and remove from the stove.
- To prepare the sauce for the tenderloin; Mix red wine, soy sauce, mustard, honey, thyme and chili pepper until the honey is completely dissolved.
- Wedge cut tenderloin; In a well-heated pre-heated cast iron pan, over high heat, turn it upside down and seal it for 2 minutes at a time.
- Depending on the cooking level you desire, turn the meat over and leave it on the grill.
- Start heating the sauce mixture you prepared in a small pan. Create small bubbles on the sauce to remove excess liquid and wine.
- Place the seared tenderloin in the sauce pan. Turn the meat and add the sauce.
- Place the honey-glazed tenderloin on a serving plate. Share it with your loved ones without delay, accompanied by the sautéed vegetables of your choice and mashed potatoes with nutmeg.
