Ingredients for Hungarian Kebab Recipe
  • 500 grams of beef cubed meat
  • 1 tea glass of boiled peas
  • 3 potatoes _
  • 3 eggplants (chopped into small cubes )
  • 2 peppers _
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tomato _

Ingredients of Bechamel Sauce:

  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pinch grated nutmeg

For the above:

  • 100 grams grated cheddar cheese

How to Make Hungarian Kebab Recipe?

  • First, put the meat in a pressure cooker and add water up to the level and pre-cook it for about twenty minutes. Put the butter and garlic in your pot and fry them with the meat.
  • Add peppers, tomatoes and peas.
  • Add peas and continue cooking.
  • Finally, add the spices and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Then remove it from the stove.
  • In a separate frying pan, dice the potatoes and eggplants.
  • Fry the potatoes and eggplants and add them on top of the meat.
  • For the béchamel sauce: melt the butter in a small saucepan and fry the flour until fragrant. Then add milk little by little and mix continuously. When it reaches the consistency of cake batter, add salt, grated nutmeg and black pepper and turn off the heat. Pour the bechamal sauce evenly over the dish.
  • Grate cheddar cheese on top and put it in the oven. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes until the cheddar cheese melts. Remove and slice and serve. Bon appetit.
