  • 8 lasagna sheets ( boiled)
  • 150 grams of cheddar cheese (grated)

Liked for:

  • 3 eggplants (roasted, peeled )
  • 1 glass of water Milk
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

For Meat:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 400 grams of cubed veal
  • 1 onion (chopped )
  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 1 glass of water
  • 2 teaspoons of salt (can be reduced or increased)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Hünkar Beğendi Bundle Recipe?

  • To make it for your liking, first roast the eggplants in the oven or on the stove, peel off their skins, and then mash them thoroughly.
  • Roast the butter and flour in a pan or pot until fragrant.
  • Add the milk slowly and stir constantly.
  • Add the crushed eggplant, salt and black pepper, mix well and remove from the stove when all the ingredients are mixed well and reach a thick consistency.
