Ingredients for İnegöl Meatballs Recipe
  • 550 grams of beef breast meat
  • 150 grams of lamb breast
  • 9 grams of salt (2 Wiped Teaspoon)
  • 7 grams of baking soda (1 heaping teaspoon)
  • 25 grams of onion (Pulp) (1 Small Onion, Grated and Juiced)

How to Make İnegöl Meatball Recipe?

  • Grind the meat twice through the meat grinder along with salt and baking soda. Let the minced meat rest at +4 degrees for at least 16 hours.
  • The next day, knead the minced meat for at least 10-15 minutes. Finally, add the onion and knead for another 2 minutes.
  • After collecting the meatball dough, cut the minced meat into 25-28 gram pieces.
  • Wet your palms a little, shape the meatballs into a flat shape, and place them on a plate. It is very important to do this kneading process before cooking the meatballs.
  • Since there is onion in it, the meatballs must be cooked before they turn brown. After shaping, it will be enough to rest it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • If possible, grill the meatballs on a barbecue, if not, in a cast iron pan, turning frequently every 30-35 seconds, for a total of 5-6 minutes.
  • You can serve it with side products such as roasted peppers and tomatoes, french fries, shepherd's salad, and blarney. Enjoy your meal.
