How to Make Islim Kebab Recipe?
- First of all, the eggplants are peeled into pieces. It is cut lengthwise, half a centimeter thick.
- Apply light olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. (Pre-cooking)
- Place the meatball ingredients in a bowl, knead them well and put them in the refrigerator for half an hour to rest.
- The eggplants coming out of the oven are arranged in a plus shape, a meatball is placed in the middle and the eggplants are closed.
- Pepper and tomato are placed on the closed end and closed by inserting a toothpick.
