Ingredients for Jaran Kebab Recipe
  • 500 grams of beef cubed meat
  • 6 cultivated mushrooms
  • 9 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini _
  • 1 large carrot
  • 9 shallots _
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 9 almonds _
  • 1 capia pepper

For the sauce:

  • 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Jar Kebab Recipe?

  • Divide whole peeled shallots, whole cherry tomatoes, carrots chopped into long strips, diced zucchini and some of the meat into the jars, respectively.
  • Share the diced capia pepper, garlic, chopped mushrooms, almonds and the rest of the meat on top.
  • For the sauce; Mix olive oil, warm water and tomato paste in a bowl and ensure that the tomato paste dissolves completely. Add salt and pepper, mix and divide the sauce you prepared into jars.
  • Close the lids of the jars tightly and turn the jars upside down.
  • Place the jars vertically on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
  • At the end of the cooking time, remove from the oven, open the jars and pour them onto a serving plate. Serve hot.
