Ingredients for Juicy Roast Recipe
  • 500 grams of cubed beef
  • 1 large size onion
  • 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cups hot water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Juicy Roasting Recipe?

  • Take your meat, which is cut a little smaller than a cube, and place it in a pressure cooker that you heated on the stove for about 3 minutes.
  • Stir a few times with a wooden spoon and continue stirring occasionally until the meat releases its water and absorbs it again.
  • After the meat has absorbed its water, pour 4 cups of hot water over the meat. When it starts to boil, close the pressure cooker lid and leave it to cook for 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile; Grate the onion finely and set aside.
  • After the meat is cooked, open the pressure cooker lid. Put olive oil and butter in another pot. When the oil starts to get hot, add the grated onion and fry it until it turns pink. Then, add the cooked meat, along with its water, to the pot and let it cook for about 15 minutes, turning the heat down to low and leaving the pot's lid slightly ajar, so that it thickens together and cooks well.
  • Then add salt and pepper, mix well and serve hot.
