Ingredients for Kadinbudu Meatballs Recipe

For the woman's leg:

  • 500 grams of medium-fat ground meat
  • 1 egg _
  • 1 onion _
  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1.5 teaspoons of black pepper

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1 glass of sunflower oil
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs (scrambled )

How to Make Kadinbudu Meatballs Recipe?

  • For Kadınbudu meatballs, boil 1/2 cup of rice with salt and water until slightly softened. Be careful not to let it get too soft. Fry the onions with olive oil in a pan until soft. Add the garlic and continue frying.
  • Put half of the minced meat into the onion and garlic and fry until the water is released and absorbed. Remove the cooked minced meat from the stove and let it cool.
