For the meatballs:
- 500 grams of ground beef
- 1 egg _
- 1 onion _
- 1 tea glass of rice (boiled and drained)
- 1 pinch of parsley
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
To fry:
- 1 water glass measure of oil
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 scrambled eggs
How to Make Kadinbudu Meatballs Recipe?
- A tea glass of rice is boiled and left to cool. One onion is roasted in three tablespoons of olive oil.
- Add half of 500 grams of minced meat and continue roasting.
- You don't need to cook it fully because it will cook thoroughly while frying.
- The roasted mortar is removed from the stove and left to cool.
- In a separate bowl, add the remaining minced meat, boiled rice, egg, parsley, roasted onion and ground meat, spices and knead well.
