Ingredients for Kadinbudu Meatballs Recipe

For the meatballs:

  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 1 egg _
  • 1 onion _
  • 1 tea glass of rice (boiled and drained)
  • 1 pinch of parsley
  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

To fry:

  • 1 water glass measure of oil
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 scrambled eggs

How to Make Kadinbudu Meatballs Recipe?

  • A tea glass of rice is boiled and left to cool. One onion is roasted in three tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Add half of 500 grams of minced meat and continue roasting.
  • You don't need to cook it fully because it will cook thoroughly while frying.
  • The roasted mortar is removed from the stove and left to cool.
  • In a separate bowl, add the remaining minced meat, boiled rice, egg, parsley, roasted onion and ground meat, spices and knead well.
