For the meatballs:

  • 500 grams medium-fat ground beef
  • 1 egg _
  • 1 onion _
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 tea glass of boiled rice
  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons of black pepper
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 pinch of parsley

To fry:

  • 1 cup sunflower oil (enough)
  • 3 cups breadcrumbs
  • 4 eggs (scrambled )

How to Make Kadinbudu Meatballs Recipe?

  • Fry 250 grams of minced meat in a little oil for 4-5 minutes.
  • Wash the rice well and boil it for 7-8 minutes.
  • Eggs, onion, parsley, minced meat and rice are mixed and kneaded well.
  • After kneading, let it rest in the refrigerator for 25 minutes.
  • After resting, we take it out of the fridge and shape it.
