- 500 grams medium-fat ground beef
- 1 egg _
- 1 onion _
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 tea glass of boiled rice
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt
- 1.5 teaspoons of black pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 pinch of parsley
To fry:
- 1 cup sunflower oil (enough)
- 3 cups breadcrumbs
- 4 eggs (scrambled )
How to Make Kadinbudu Meatballs Recipe?
- Fry 250 grams of minced meat in a little oil for 4-5 minutes.
- Wash the rice well and boil it for 7-8 minutes.
