Ingredients for Mashed Roast Meatballs Recipe

For the Meatballs:

  • 600 grams of low-fat minced meat
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 egg _
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tea glass of cold water

For the Sauce:

  • 5 tomatoes _
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 tea glass of water
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For the Porridge:

  • 1 kg. boiled potato
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 1/2 cup hot milk
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
 
Ingredients for Tray Kebab with Kashar Recipe
  • 500 grams of medium-fat ground meat
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1 capia pepper
  • 2 green peppers
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper

For between:

  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

For the above:

  • 1 tomato 
  • 1 capia pepper
  • 2-3 green village peppers

For the sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 1 glass of warm water

How to Make Kashar Tray Kebab Recipe?

  • For the meatball mixture, put all the ingredients except water into the bowl of the Vestel Cinnamon Stand Mixer and start mixing at medium speed with the whisk attachment.
  • Add water little by little and continue mixing for about 5 minutes. When the mixture reaches a dough-like consistency, place the mixture on wet wax paper, smooth the edges, wrap it like a roll and place it on a tray.
  • Bake the meatballs in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes, remove them from the oven and let them rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Put all the sauce ingredients in the blender jar and mix until smooth.
  • Place the mixture in a sauce pan and boil for 10 minutes.
  • Slice the meatballs thickly, place them on a small baking tray, pour the sauce over them and bake again for 15 minutes.
  • To puree, place the hot potatoes in the bowl of the stand mixer and start mixing with the whisk attachment.
  • First add salt and butter, then add the hot milk little by little and continue the process for about 3 minutes until it becomes a puree.
  • Serve the cooked meatballs hot with their sauce and mashed potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
  • Place the minced meat in a deep bowl. Vegetables are chopped into small cubes. Add salt, spices and melted butter and knead.
  • After kneading thoroughly, 1/3 of the mixture is separated. The remaining part is placed in a small round baking tray. It is raised towards the edges.
  • Add grated cheddar cheese in between. The remaining part is expanded to the size of the pyrex by pressing it with our hands on the stretch film.
  • It is placed on it carefully. There should be no gaps. Pepper paste is diluted in water and poured over it.
  • Largely chopped tomatoes and peppers are arranged as desired.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
  • It is served after it has rested and the first heat has passed. Enjoy your meal.
