Ingredients for Lamb Kokoreç Recipe
  • 300 grams kokoreç (round)
  • 2 tomatoes _
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How to Make Lamb Kokorec Recipe?

  • Chop the tomatoes and peppers into cubes.
  • Place the kokoreç rings on the heated pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove the cooked kokoreç from the stove and reduce it to the desired size with the help of a knife.
  • Add diced tomatoes and peppers to the heated pan.
  • After the tomatoes and peppers have absorbed their juice and cooked, place the cut kokoreç into the pan and cook by mixing all the ingredients for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove the kokoreç from the stove and mix by adding the spices of your choice.
  • After removing the kokoreç from the pan, you can put a piece of bread in the same pan, oil it, heat it and serve it on that bread. Enjoy your meal!
