For Meat:

  • 200 grams of tenderloin meat (from lamb)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 1 glass of pomegranate juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper powder

How to Make Lamb Tenderloin Recipe?

  • We soak the tenderloin in olive oil the night before, add fresh thyme and leave it to marinate.
  • The next day, we put our boiled wheat in a pot, add our broth, white pepper and salt and let it cook.
  • In a separate pan, we saute the butter, red pepper powder and boiled chestnuts in a separate pan in the wheat that has absorbed the water, and then add them into the kashk, mix well and let it rest for half an hour.
