  • 200 grams of sheep liver (cut very thinly)
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

How to Make Leaf Liver Recipe?

  • Peel the garlic and grate it.
  • Place the thinly cut livers into a bowl.
  • Add the garlic on top. Season with salt and spices.
  • Let it rest, covered, in the fridge for about 1 hour.
  • Take it out and dredge it lightly in flour.
  • Add butter and olive oil to the pan. When it gets hot and melted, add the livers one by one.
  • Bake until golden brown. Put it on a plate, let it rest for a while, and then consume it with pleasure.
